Interesting visual I had

I was meditating, using a program aimed for writers to release creativity and break through barriers. Tonight's meditation had the listener imagining breathing in acceptance and breathing out negativity and judgment.

You know what I imagined on the exhale? A dark cloud like the Doctor going through detox.

Hey, it made me smile. And even feel like I was letting go of more things. :)

That makes sense!

We do that during the meditation part of yoga. I can just imagine what I'll see next week now, so thanks for that!

Very appropriate! All the poisonous things in your mind getting purged. If you'd like to go the other way, with the idea of breathing out all your wonderful thoughts onto the page, you can picture the Doctor blowing energy into the TARDIS power cell crystal, and that beautiful smile when it started to glow.

Ooh, I'll have to remember that one for my next class, what a beautiful image! I just have to remember not to let my breathing get away from me, and to stay calm....

That's actually a really good thing! It means your are expelling all that bad, negative stuff out of you! Like expelling a demon or disease from your body! It should make you smile. So us Whovians, it means so much more! :D

It's a meditation for writers program through the AWAI. I've hit another hitch mentally, and so I need to relisten to some of the earlier meditations, along with keeping up with the daily ones. I forget the name of the lady who came up with it.
